Why SPF Homes Exists

SPF Homes was founded by Liam Thoubboron and Nicholas Michael, both Flagler Florida locals, and inspired by the legacy of Liam's grandfather, Sean P. Frawley.

Sean grew up in modest circumstances in Ireland and came to the United States at 20 years old with little more than determination and belief in a better life.

He started in the mailroom at Grolier in Manhattan and, through years of hard work and character, worked his way up to become President and publisher.

That example still drives SPF Homes today. We believe hard work, honesty, and treating people the right way should guide every conversation and every decision.
